COMPUTATIONAL NEUROSCIENCE · DEEP LEARNING · BIOMECHANICS
I am a biomedical engineer and neuroscience researcher with a background in computational modeling, AI-driven data analysis, and physiological signal processing. My current doctoral research focuses on using contrastive learning and deep learning representations to analyze clinical neural and behavioral data, aiming to uncover the underlying mechanisms of human motor control and its disorders.

Applying contrastive learning algorithms to clinical neural and behavioral data
Analyzed behavioral experimental pose data in MATLAB and Python. Engineered an automated pipeline for pose data analysis and feature extraction across healthy and pathological preclinical CNS models
Analyzed and extracted physiological features from clinical electromyographic (EMG) and accelerometer signals to assess reaction times during a psychological conflict task
Extracted physiological features from electrocardiogram (ECG) signals using neural networks and evaluated model performance against ground truth with RMSE
Analyzed experimental effects of chemotherapeutic drugs on OCI-LY19 cancer cells. Implemented a mathematical model to fit human lymphoma cell response
